Not until I went on my honeymoon, and both my husband and I had allergic reactions. We broke out in rashes all over! It was such an uncomfortable experience to have happen on our vacation. If you are bringing kids on your trip, you can add items that are appropriate for them. I like to keep my bag packed with most of these items at all times. This way, I don’t need to remake my kit every time I travel. I also don’t recommend putting any emergency medical items, such as epipens and rescue inhalers, in your emergency kits. You don’t want to be missing them at the gate (if you are checking your bag) or on the plane. Good luck on your travels!
